The MP3 Striking Workout

$30.00

The Fight Smart Striking MP3 will allow you to burn brutal Muay Thai combinations into your muscle memory, just by listening to my voice (while also getting you in great shape).

The MP3 Striking workout uses an audio training system to help you build brutal fight ending combinations, and vicious striking power.

This is an Offensive fighting program… it’s about doing a lot of damage, as fast as possible.

When you are training to fight, it is important to FOCUS on what you’re striking.  In training, this can be a heavy bag, sparring partner, or even a figment of your imagination.

Unfortunately, most folks are not creative enough to come up with combinations, and certainly not clever fight ending set-ups.  As such, hitting a heavy bag or shadow boxing can be boring and pointless.

This MP3 Workout allows me to call out the combinations I want you to throw, so all you have to execute what I tell you, and you will build fighting skills.

  1. You don’t have to worry about how much time is on the clock
  2. You don’t have to worry about slacking off
  3. You don’t have to look at a piece of paper that tells you what to do and remember it
  4. You don’t have to be well-trained or creative with combinations

This is plug-and-play fight training.  If you have an MP3 player, smart phone, computer, or a stereo… you are ready to train, and ready to build some gruesomely powerful striking skills.

OK, I will admit it – I am a slacker as I have only tried the workout this morning. Freaking AWESOME! By round seven I was puffing pretty hard. One question, is it all shadow boxing or did I miss the part where you said to start hitting the bag? I know, that is technically two questions. I did all airstrikes except for the roundhouses as my control is not good enough at this point to stop in mid flight. Also, being 49 I did not want to do the bone jarring heavy bag work until I get in better shape.

Thanks for the videos and training tips! I look forward to the next one!

    Hello

I previously purchased the Fighting Bigger Folks program and now have purchased and started your Striking and Head Movement MP3 workouts.

I have been practicing the Martial Arts for 39 years with a focus on Filipino Martial Arts and reality street defense over the past 20 years or so.

Now that I am in my mid-fifties I have started to limit my actual sparring but still practice Kali and Judo regularly and teach self defense weekly.

Because of a full time work schedule I end up training on my own about 3 – 4 times a week and find these programs excellent not only as a work out but in assisting me in focusing on specific techniques.

Just wanted to let you know how valuable I find the programs.

    Thanks,

    Russ

What up Trav? Just letting you know I had absolutely no problems downloading the striking MP3 workout. It’s a perfect addition to the head movement MP3. You put out great material at an extremely affordable price. I am so grateful dude and a loyal student. Looking forward to the webinar this weekend.

The Striking Workout is awesome, Trav. I love the Head Movement program as well. I’m an old guy, ex-paratrooper from the dawn of history (the extra bad-ass 173rd Airborne Brigade, 1968 – 69), and I plan to train to the end. I don’t have the speed or strength I used to, but I’m not quitting.

    Thank you for the inspiration.
